What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.
Is the thermal pool included?
Yes. Staying guests use the thermal pool and hammam free of charge. Family baths are charged by the hour.
How are pool sessions organised?
Women's, men's and family sessions alternate during the day. The current schedule is posted at reception.
Can I get spa treatment through SGK?
SGK-insured guests with a doctor's referral may receive support for cure services. Call us about the documents needed.
Are pets allowed?
For hygiene reasons pets are not allowed in apartments or pool areas.
